As a mother of three boys , Lori is the master of coordination. Lori works with all parties involved in order to ensure a smooth business transaction. Her role is coordinating with the client, equipment vendors, dial-tone provider, sales representative and field technicians.

Rick VanSoest, Partner/Technician
As a retired technician of Qwest Communications of over 27 years, Rick has the on-site job experience necessary to ensure a timely and clean installation. To his credit, Rick has earned his Power Limited Technician (PLT) license from the State Board of Electricity. Rick obviously loves what he does, he's retired and still works!
